"We came here at an off-peak time so the area was very quiet. The hosts were lovely, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, and so thoughtful and homemade. " Marta and Ikar were the most perfect and accommodating hosts for this historic and scenic B&B hotel. As owner/operators they made sure we were comfortable and catered too. Local jams and honey and and extra personal touches made this stay worthwhile. Slightly remote but close enough for a 15 minute drive into Tondela. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel opened less than a year ago and offers spotless accommodations. It's decorated in a modern fashion and very tastefully. We arrived after a rather long car trip and had no energy to drive to town to find a restaurant for dinner. They prepared vegetable soup, bread, cheeses, jams, and fruits for us, all of the best quality you can see, and all prepared at the property with ingredients from the property. All in all and excellent experience to be repeated."
