"Place was atop a small hillside with amazing views"

"There were some good and bad things about the resort Good: great quieter location, pools are amazing and the grounds are very nice Bad: rooms can be cramped and outdated, some wear and our shower door was very hard to open and close. My biggest complaint would be how long it takes to check in and check out. The lobby was always busy. We had a man from housekeeping open our hotel door without knocking close to checkout which is unacceptable. Finally - the resort fees were not part of my hotels.com pricing and all you get for them was wifi and bottled water. Way too many other options in Sedona. I will try elsewhere next time. "

"The resort and resort staff were wonderful! The sap staff was very unorganized and mistakenly canceled a reservation I had made weeks before. Unfortunately, this caused some stress in an otherwise very relaxing weekend "
