Extremely clean and organized. It's close to convenience store, gas station, coffee places and few restaurants. And by car, it's close to more different places, and is about minutes away from Sedona's main downtown . I really recommend this place.

Staff was very nice. Room a little outdated but very spacious. Our first night was very quiet but second night someone was very loud and smoking right outside our window and the smell came through the door crack. Free parking was nice.

This was perfect for a less expensive option in a convenient location. It was clean and comfortable. We walked to dinner at Piss Lisa and it was very close to Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock. We were there for hiking so it was perfect.

Despite its address, the property is NOT in Sedona but in Oak Creek. I had wanted to actually stay in Sedona this time. I will be careful next time. Also, there was no deadbolt that worked in our room, nor 2as there a chain or additional security. Complained at property

I liked that it was out of the rat race of the main part of town but was still accessible to it. It was very clean, large enough and had a great comfortable mattress. Great view of Bell Rock and near to hiking that area.

This hotel was AMAZING! the view every time you look outside was just breath taking, it was quiet, convenient great location short drive to Sedona. Will definetly stay again. Front desk was Super nice and excellent service quick check in.

This was my first time in Sedona, and I had a very good trip. This hotel was far from all the traffic, but closer enough to enjoy everything that Sedona provides to the visitors.

Definitely not disappointed by the property so far - check in friendly. Room immaculately clean and maintained - bed comfortable, pillows, lighting etc… so far so great!

Nice spacious room. Friendly staff, will recommend eateries and trails. Walkable to the bell rock trail. Washer and dryer not in operation was the only slight negative

Hotel staff was very helpful and understanding even after we arrived after lobby hours. Our room was cleaned and maintained every day. The area is nice and quiet.

Place is average. Clean and neat but old. The heater is old and loud. I felt a bit uneasy, door didn't have a double lock and didn't seal completely. Other than that, good location 👌
