We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. "Property feels unsafe as it is opened for anyone to walk in through the back gate. Main lobby door is always open, and seems extremely unsafe for that reason. Our room had a 12ish inch tv. Internet was extremely slow. Property management don’t try to work with you at all regarding schedules etc. you are able to hear everything in other rooms as well. "

"Really can beat the views or location here, but I wouldn’t say this is the most luxurious place as listed. Showers have old glue on them from previous stuck on shampoo’s and the smell of air freshener hits you when you first walk in. For the price I thought it was not what I expected. Also note you are required to do a damage waiver or have a $500 deposit. The waiver is $40 otherwise the deposit comes back but $15 fee is still charged. Seems intense for the place.
