"The cottage was beautifully decorated, with a lovely theme throughout, and was very clean and tidy.We really appreciated the thoughtful treats left for us on arrival, as well as the essentials such as cooking oil, tea and coffee. Mario’s also kindly allowed us to check in early as soon as the cottage was ready, which was a great help.Having two keys was also very convenient for our family.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We would also highly recommend to others.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"We spent just an amazing and relaxing stay at Trehaven Manor. Ella is the most wonderful and caring host we have ever met. This is simple, we felt we were friends invited to her lovely home, as opposed to be customers. Ella has always tons of recommendations for visits or restaurants and always anticipate our needs or questions with special attentions. Our room was charming, quiet and enjoying a beautiful view over the Looe river. We slept like babies while we could not remember last time we slept in one go. The breakfast was incredible, freshly cooked on order. The location is very convenient: the property benefits from an onsite free parking for the guests. It is close enough to the city center so this is walkable and far enough to be quiet at night. A detail but this is rare enough to mention it: the wifi is excellent. Thank you so much, Ella!"

"We had the King room on the 2nd floor. And whilst it didn't have a view, the room was really comfy with a small sofa, window seat and even a dressing table. Breakfast was really tasty - great choice and friendly service."

"Check in was so easy it’s the second time we have been to the property always clean and fresh and so very close to town, hope to stay again, you have everything you need in the property and has a lovely view."

"Very clean, welcoming. Loved the cottage, cosy lounge but could hear the neighbours quite easily. I am in my 70's and should have read about this place a little more carefully, it was very steep to get to with virtually no access by car. When we were inide the house, the stairs were very steep and very narrow tread. Lovely stay, convenient for tri station, lovely run to Liskeard."
