"Beautiful setting for the cottage which was clean and well heated when needed. Very quiet and dark overnight, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The approach roads are classic Cornwall lanes, but are not too narrow as single track lanes go, we found them quiet and easy to navigate. Perfect for the two week stay for us. Very friendly and helpful host without being intrusive. A visit to Lansallos Cove is highly recommended!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Quiet and if you didn’t want to go out the hot tub and cottage garden would be a lovely place to sit. We needed a break and this was everything we hoped for. Graham was very attentive when we had problems with our EV charging. The information for the local places to visit and places to eat was very informative. We had a good meal at the Copley Arms which was a short distance away. If you are a member of the National Trust this is a good place to visit many houses and gardens in Cornwall and Devon. We will visit again."

"Absolutely blown away with the views from the huge balcony and peacefulness just what we needed, we have been going cornwall looe and other parts but always loved looe, The villa has everything you need and much more electric reclining sofa loved the beds really comfortable. This is just perfect place to get away and relax. The host Keith absolute diamond very friendly and helpful and informative we forget to pay 20 pound for the week parking but spoke to Keith and got it sorted out thank you so very much kieth 100% will be visiting again. You will not be disappointed its a piece of heaven x"
