"We’ve been vacationing at Topsail for over 20 years and this house is the best all round house that we’ve stayed at in all those years. From the host who communicated quickly and cordially to the cleanliness and updated accessories and furniture to the beautiful view from the back deck. I can’t say enough about the quality of this house and our host. We plan to look for her properties every year from this point going forward."

"Location and access to the beach and pool without the need of a wagon . Adults and kids had plenty of space between all rooms and balconies. Pier access., so close one of our guests went out and purchased fishing gear ( and caught something)Everything we needed was there. Heather, the property manager was totally awesome.
