"It was a great location across from the beach and then having the pool in the backyard. The view was beautiful. The rooms were nice. We had 16 people but there wasn't enough silverware for everyone. We didn't have any pot holders or kitchen towels either."

"Everything was perfect. The absolute cutest vacation house, directly on the beach. My kids had a blast and I got to relax. If I had any questions, the host responded immediately. Could not recommend more strongly - I plan to stay here again next year!"

"Great location. Very nice accommodations and set up. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice. Just a few things to note that were annoying- there were very few pots or pans to cook with. We tried making spaghetti for 8 people and didn’t have a pot large enough to make sauce and spaghetti at the same time. Even the crockpot was too small. Garage has swarms of flies. The two beach carts are rusted and have no handles so they are useless. Grill works but needs to be sand blasted clean. Need to bring your own shower towels."

"Overall a great stay. Steps were loose coming into the home and I notified the owner. Only downfall was the entrance and exit to the beach, everyone had to go through the downstairs bedroom."

"Met and then exceeded expectations. Bob was great at communicating with us. The house was nicely laid out and because of its location had a great view of the ocean. It was the easiest beach access we ever had. My father in law who doesn’t walk well made it onto the beach for the first time in years. Love the location near the pier. Felt pleasantly populated."
