"Staff was nice. Hotel is new so it was pretty clean and well maintained. Requested housekeeping service twice during our stay but never received it so that meant no new bedding, towels, wash clothes, trash bags, etc. which was difficult. Breakfast was ok but very crowded and takes a long time to get food and find a place to sit."

"The beach house was very clean, inviting, and only steps away from the ocean. We had good communication with the owner concerning check in. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and the ocean views from the deck! It was a great family vacation!"

"This was place was perfect for our family vacation. Our host was super friendly and responsive to any questions before and during our stay. Our host has thought of everything that gives cozy feeling just like home. Super clean inside and out. Our view from the top balcony was the best. The pools and beach were amazing. Parking was not bad at all, even if you had to park across, it was only a short walk. We tried to keep the closer parking for others who may not be able to walk over. So many things to do and its kid friendly. Especially Rubber Duck hunt on Mondays. We have found our new vacation spot with our littles. Thank you for hosting us this year! We plan on returning next year. 3"

"*Tony was responsive and easy to communicate with.*Check in and out was very simple and smooth*first floor means up one level, stairs and elevator were quick and easy to access from the condo entrance*some repairs are recommended but did not interrupt our stay (light fixtures near bunkbeds loose, grout in kitchen low causing shoes to catch, drawers and doors didn't align on nightstands and dressers, broken blinds, floor boards that dip when stepped on, shower rod loose from wall in first bathroom) but again nothing that impacted our experience*the linens were comfy and clean, but you do need to dress and undress the bed yourself apon arrival and when leaving*the place overall was clean but some dirty laundry was left in the laundry area and in the side tables from previous hosts. That was a little off putting*furniture was in good order and comfortable*balcony view is of the restaurant, pools, and you can see the ocean. Very nice space*staff at the villa was all friendly and helpful, no issues.We had a great stay and wish we would have scheduled it for longer."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 20 really enjoyed our vacation at Copper Top. There was plenty of room for us to all have our space and still enjoy time together."
