"Upon arrival, there was nobody at the desk. You need to check yourself in. Also, the lobby is super small, so became very hectic quickly. The worst of it was there are 3 stairs to take down to get to the elevators. This is dumb having to transport large luggage up and down. The room was fine, but ..."
