This property was low priced and near the airport. That's why we chose it. It seems to be a very old property. The bathroom was not in very good condition. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. We had to walk pretty far but found a good Asian restaurant in the Ramada Inn.

Building was pretty run down and had definitely seen better days. Still for the price not bad as I wasn't looking for amenities but just a place to sleep for the night. Was quiet the night I was there. They had coffee in the lobby the next morning so I had a cup while waiting for the shuttle. I asked for a 7 AM shuttle to the airport and the driver was there at 7 sharp which I appreciated.

The hotel is close to the airport, plenty of food places & gas stations which are all positives. The front desk staff were polite & efficient as well. The room is simple & gets the job done for a weekend stay. The negatives were that nobody came to clean the room or change the sheets over the weekend & lingering cigarette smell in a non smoking room location.

They made us miss our flight. Set up shuttle transportation, they said it was coming but did not show. Ordered an Uber but could not get us there in time. Had to rent a car and drive from Seattle to Medford to get home in time. If they would have told us it was not coming we could have made other arrangements. Will never stay there again.

This property gives motel vibes. They charge $20 an hour past check-in. I had a zoom presentation to do and had to pay $30 extra dollars to stay until 12:30 pm and the staff didn’t know if there were any alternatives. I would have stayed at another hotel if I was made aware of the extra fee

This is my go to stay in Seattle for a quick stay or long layover. It’s a budget hotel but the rooms are clean, quiet and the staff is always friendly and professional. I use it for the quick walk to the light rail to get to downtown for $6 instead of paying much higher hotel prices.

The man in the evening was not friendly, didn't face me when he spoke (I'm hard of hearing and asked him to repeat himself several times), he was unfriendly, etc. The man in the morning was very friendly, shuttle driver was also very friendly, both were helpful, and had beautiful smiles. The room was dingy (ick!), but we just wanted someplace to sleep due to an early flight - you get what you pay for (the place was on the less expensive side.)

It’s exactly what you’d expect of a cheap hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed there six nights. Two of those nights I woke up to hear people screwing in a room down the hallway. Another night my girlfriend got locked in the bathroom by a faulty doorknob. Another night there was a terrible smell coming from the hallway. There weren’t any bedbugs though, and the ac/heater worked, and the water was hot.

There are no elevators. The desk attendant offered to help carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor room. The shower had mold/dirt? stains around the tiles. There was debris on the floor from other guests. The bathroom door had a bashed in part. The small refrigerator turned off and on all night with a loud electrical buzz.

Terribly disappointing experience. Moldy walls in bathroom (room 218), torn upholstery (chairs), exposed wiring, shower head and tub faucet were each exposing plumbing via missing cover plates. Crappy paint job, blobs of paint in various places. Went to request another room, they were willing, but the offered room was not much better AND smelled like cigarette smoke (on the non-smoking floor. I will never stay at a Rodeway property again. (I have many pictures to substantiate my description; I plan to post them online when I return). Very poor reflection on Expedia, I thought I could trust you.

It is very close to Seatac airport and very affordable. The staff is efficient. The bathrooms are in dire need of repair, yet that's something I am quite happy in overlooking considering its a great waiting area when one must wait 21 hours for a flight.

The first thing that came to mind when my wife and I entered the room was Bates Motel! For the price we paid this was defenitely not worth it. This property felt like a motel on the side of the road 100 miles away from anything. Also there was a leak in the toilet that covered the entire floor of the bathroom and we were lucky that another room was available. Otherwise the front desk attendant gave us the impression that we would have to work around it because there was nobody available to clean the water or fix the leak. Terrible.....absolutely terrible

You get what you pay for. It's a rather neglected place. Beds seemed clean, the carpet felt damp and dirty. We just had a quick one nighter but were glad to arrive late and leave early. Positive thing, the staff was friendly.
