New construction of studio apartment in quiet neighborhood

Renovated 1920's single-family house with Studio mother-in law apartment in daylight basement. French door private entrance to large room with kitchenette and bathroom. Small garden area with table and chair outside entrance. I plant a large vegetable garden in the summer on the south side of the house. Great for growing tomatoes.!
