Private Luxury Retreat in Secured Oasis

We are very happy to list our gorgeous Mother In Law apartment in the gorgeous Bellevue area. When my father built our home we decided to dedicate this portion of the home for our grandparents for when they came to visit but, it wasn't as often as expected so now we have sectioned it off from the home to create a private well built and beautiful mother in law apartment. The neighborhood chosen is easily one of the safest in Bellevue and most quiet (private road) We never have any problems and we have been here for about 10 years now. To add extra security we have the home gated off. The apartment is in a prime location, you are about 8 minutes from the Bravern Luxury Mall and maybe 10 minutes away from the gorgeous Bellevue Square Mall (Arguably the better mall out here in the Eastside) We have pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, grocery stores just down the street making it incredibly convenient for everyone. We are sure you will love your stay here. Want to go on a hike? We have gorgeous hiking trails here in the PNW only 30 minutes away, the most beautiful lakes, amazing food, winery's, breweries, you name it the PNW has it!

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed the stay. Property is excellent. Owners responsive. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs. Location is near shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Gated property, suite attached to main house with private entrance and parking. Full amenities in the full kitchen.Clean, good size bedrooms(2), comfortable mattress, counter and open space in bathroom good,. Air conditioner and several windows can be opened. Host communication is timely. Would stay here again.

Very nice property. Didn't realize there were stairs and because I recently had a total knee replacement, hauling our stuff up and down was challenging. Otherwise, wonderful stay.
