There was a line of about 20 people trying to check in and only one attendant, it's truly just sad for the employee and to have to wait over an hour to check in while you've already digitally checked in really sucks, we called for extra pillows and they never came such a beautiful hotel with comfy bed really needs staff

Great stay ! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable room, plus I was close to the airport. I took the hotel’s 4 am airport shuttle at was sitting at my departure gate before 4:30 am after checking in with my luggage.
