"The dolphin hotel - great value for money and excellent location with a 2 minute walk to the beach ! I came here with my partner and 2 dogs and we had a wonderful time the bar and restaurant has been refurbished and has a great atmosphere I was initially worried about he negative reviews but we found out it is now under new management, the staff were amazing and very welcoming and couldn't do more for you the rooms were basic but clean great selection of teas coffees biscuits ect replenished every day , we had a complimentary breakfast every morning which was lovely would definitely stay here again"

"Stayed at 'The Bowling Green', Seaton over Easter. The apartment was absolutely PERFECT for the 2 of us. Fantastic location and the apartment itself is spacious and was spotlessly clean. Amber and Laura were prompt in responding to the questions that we had and are extremely courteous and knowledgable. GREAT view of the bowling green AND the sea. We couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're a couple looking for a break and like cliff-top walks, pubs, the sea and just chilling, then you will not go wrong by selecting this accommodation. "A lovely B&B, ideally situated to break our journey down to Cornwall. The ubiquitous Craig was always on hand to deal with any issues. The rooms were clean, the ability to use the pool was very welcome and the breakfast was excellent. Happy to stay again - why use budget hotels when you can support good value family businesses like this!"

"Great location just a few yards from Seaton seafront and right in the heart of the town centre. A few free parking spaces for guests on site. Check-in was friendly, the room (5) was clean and functional, with a decent TV, tea and coffee and a small shower-room. Could have done with a small table and chair. Breakfast was very good, cereals, juice and coffee, plus a variety of hot breakfasts cooked to order. Shame that they were not serving food in the evening, but plenty of other places within walking distance."

"A beautiful home, perfect for a family escape. The open plan living was fantastic - being able to remain social and connect whilst members of family are doing different activities (cooking, tv, playing pool) was wonderful. Being able to see the sea every morning (and horses grazing in the opposite field) was beyond special. Beer itself is a gorgeous fishing village to explore. Cute cosy pubs, independent shops selling fresh and local produce and a breathtaking shingle beach to explore. A true home away from home, but better."
