"This is an absolutely wonderful studio apartment that is very spacious, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and bedding. It is just steps from the beach and the patio is charming. Pool is as warm even in October. Check in and out was easy and the gist was kind and responsive. I will definitely stay here again. "

"The location is wonderful -It is so close to the beach and they had everything you would want to enjoy the beach- chairs, umbrella, beach towels, boogie board, etc. "

"Lovely place in a lovely town!! Well decorated, well stocked kitchen, perfect location within walking distance of everything. We loved our stay. I had to call management for one thing and they immediately answered and dealt with it at that moment, which is phenomenal. I only took one star off for cleanliness bc the provided fans were absolutely scummy so we didn’t use them. Made it pretty hot to sleep at night. Otherwise, great place. Of note: I would not take children to this beach. There is a large natural tar pit right next to it and the tar is in the sand on the beach. Not a big deal for us bc we just walked and sat in the sun but kids would get covered in the stuff. The rental company provided the stuff to clean it off which was awesome. "

"Cozy and well appointed room, very clean. Love the beach access and proximity to restaurants. Ventura and Santa Barbara are within easy driving distance. The trains passed infrequently and were short in length. Similarly, the road is fairly busy with trucks passing by but the noise isn't much louder than the ocean and is mostly limited to daytime hours (we slept well every night). The back half of the lower deck is the outdoor area assigned to this unit. The listing pictures show a patio dining set but it was actually a pair of comfortable beach loungers and a large umbrella during our stay. Tall plants offer some privacy between the front rental unit's portion of the deck. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return for a future visit!"

"We loved staying at the Sea Loft. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Two things to note, the AmTrak train is 30 feet away and passes at 7:00 am. not a problem the rest of the day. Was fun waving at the passengers. And the highway is a bit close too. The rest of the amenities and decor is wonderful. The beach was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay. "
