Five stars all the way! Our room was excellent and scrupulously cleaned every day. The cafe for breakfast had an abundant choice. But star of the show were the $1 oysters in the restaurant over the weekend. The cocktails were pretty good too! And the maitre d' made our experience first class.

Very well located hotel in Boston. Subway station literally out the front of the hotel. Clean and tidy inside. Helpful and friendly staff. Fit out is a little older but this really doesn't affect the experience.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were slightly pessimistic about the shared bathroom but were very pleasantly surprised - no issues on availability or cleanliness. Room was compact but comfortable, and very good value compared to all other hotels for the dates of our stay.

Nice and simple room. Nothing special, it has all you need. Was close to the airport which was convenient. I just needed to stay a night in Boston and found this to be the best affordable option. Reasonable pricing and front of house is kind although upon check out, I had to wait for a moment as there was no-one there. But overall I am satisfied with my stay and will definitely consider staying there again in the future if I ever come to Boston again and need a place to stay. The body wash pump...

The reception team are so nice, everyone is professional and thoughtful. However, The cleaning stuff needs more training, forgot to provide the bath towel and the washcloth on the 2nd day of my stay.
