"This motel is nothing like what’s on the website. Somebody’s been cooking drugs in the rooms. People coming and going non-stop. The rooms are nothing like what’s in the photos. Bed smell like people have pissed on them. Manager is rude. Can only be contacted by phone. Doesn’t have the guts to face people Just takes their money and laughs.

"My stay was about the same as last time, the beds are very comfy and there is plenty of space. It is starting to show age and a couple of things need a bit more maintenance, but the staff are friendly, location is great, access is easy and secure. I enjoyed the room"

The bistro attached to the hotel was lovely, meals were value for money and even has a kods play area.

Great area and of Frankston. Close to shops. Super quiet and we slept so well. Immaculately clean. Sheets on the bed were so nice. Could not fault anything. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "
