"The location and price are the biggest benefits of the Beach Boutique Hotel. Located right off Rt. 1 but only about 10 minute drive from the Rehobeth Beaches. It was quieter than we expected. It is next to Blue Coast and the Fresh Market, with the southbound Wawa accessible without having to get on Coastal Hwy. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. And the price made it a great value. We would definitely come back."

"I had a great stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dover. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was available. I also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Dover area."

"None of hallways, elevator or stairways were air-conditioned. Broken ice maker on our floor. Free breakfast was bread slices, bagels, English muffins, miniature muffins , cereal. All carbs. 6:30 to 9:30 not impressed. Very congested traffic all day every day. Will not return to Rehoboth Beach as there is no parking even at $4 an hour. Couldn’t get near the beach. Very over populated area. Mid-July trip."
