"We spent four wonderful days over Christmas in this beautiful studio, and it was the perfect introduction to Rosemary Beach. The area is absolutely charming and was a festive, lovely place to spend the holidays as a family.The studio itself was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. We were impressed by the high-end amenities, including two huge TVs and a kitchen that actually allowed us to cook, thanks to the nice-sized fridge, convection oven, and plenty of utensils.The location couldn't be better. It’s a very short five-minute walk to the beach (my favorite morning ritual!), as well as local shops, restaurants, and the grocer. Tom and Monica were fantastic hosts—their communication was proactive and clear, from check-in details to quickly answering our questions during our stay. We highly recommend this spot!"

"House was amazing, so spacious, room setups were perfect to accommodate adults & children. Well appointed kitchen & outside screened deck have everything you need for cooking and entertaining. The tram to and from the beach was perfect plenty of room for our party of 9 with beach chairs and toys in tow. Location is excellent, easy drive from the airport with plenty of wonderful dining & shopping options minutes away. The vibe of Seacrest resort community is family centric & just what we were looking for. I grew up coming to PCB so we were spoiled at an early age by Florida beaches, my grandkids & all adults had a fantastic time, we cant wait to come back!"
