"Perfect airport hotel. Was at the ticket counter 2 min after I left my room"

"When ordering room service make sure to tell them everything you need to enjoy your meal. I ordered a steak and had to cut it with a butter knife which was quite difficult. Soup with a teaspoon. No salt. No pepper. Also, asked for a late checkout. Was not granted. I have stayed in too many hotels all over the world and they all seem to accommodate me a little in that area. I only needed an extra hour. "

"Stayed one night before an early flight. Location is perfect for air travel - free shuttle (terminal is within easy walking distance, but shuttle is more convenient for checked bags), very close to airport long-term parking, long-term parking is also available from the hotel (can’t reserve in advance), water bottle provided even though Winnipeg tap water is excellent, fridge and coffee maker in room. Black-out blinds in bedroom, which is separated from living space. Breakfast is available but not included, and may not be open for early departures. Comfortable bed, spacious room, very quiet despite close proximity to the airport. Bathroom could do with some renovation. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Wi-fi functioned very well. Shuttle arrived promptly and driver was courteous and helpful with baggage."

"Room and general appearance of the hotel was lovely. Had wonderful interaction with staff. They were all friendly and welcoming. Before running out for my errands, I mentioned to the front desk person that my heater was making a noise. By the time I came back to the room the issue was resolved. Was very happy with my stay. "

"No fridge, no coffee maker. Room wasnt very clean. Garbage and jelly beans under the bed, wrappers behind the nightstand.. The room was insanely hot. AC was shut off for "winter", and heat is not controlled in room. Staff suggested we open window and listen to outside noise... not impressed. Complimentary breakfast was good, but only one option if boring. I wouldnt recommend"
