"I chose to stay at the Arcadia Hotel Heidelberg (which is actually located in Schwetzingen) due to its close proximity to the Hockenheimring motor racing circuit. The hotel is located in what can only be described as a large industrial estate. The rooms leave a bit to be desired in regards of facilities, lacking air conditioning, a safe and the mini bar was out of order when we were there. "Sehr freundlich und nett ist man hier. Das war’s aber leider mit dem Positiven. Die Zimmer sind sehr verwohnt und in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Die Balkontür schließt nicht richtig, der Rolladen lässt sich mit aller Mühe nicht schließen. Die Möbel sind billig und völlig verwohnt, teils mit Plastikfolie repariert. Das Wachbecken ist schmutzig und wurde wohl sehr lange nicht gereinigt. Die Matratze schief gelegen. Alles in allem selbst als Monteurzimmer eine Zumutung. "
