I had an amazing time at the Dorint Hotel and will def come back again. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet is ten out of ten! They have a wellness area.Unfortunately I was not able to take advantage of it because I was so busy roaming around in Mannheim. Parking garage leads directly to the hotel

Decent business hotel with a small Spa and gym, cozy bar and good breakfast. Received some delicious sweets in the room when I arrived, surprising. Friendliness and velocity at the reception could be improved.

We were here for a concert. It was super handy to get directly to the concert without leaving the building. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything and the breakfast and also the bed (not to soft) was perfect. The seat in our room was a little too used and old but that was really the only thing that was not perfect. We would definitely come again 😊👍

The hotel staff were generally friendly. Good parking facilities. Hotel is warn out and desperately needs upgrades. Rooms are simple - no proper minibar, no refrigerator etc. Room for improvements overall.

Good business hotel in city center

Nice, spacious, well-equipped room with everything I needed. No view, no balcony, etc. but this is fine. They could be a bit more generous regarding the free water, a bottle with 0.25l is not overwhelming. ;) Staff at reception quite reserved and not welcoming, staff at bar way more friendly. Otherwise, did not have contact with any staff.

Really pleasant stay in Mannheim

Really friendly staff, reception staff spoke both English and German (and probably many other languages). The room was spacious and £150 was a bargain.

Good hotel in center of Mannheim

Located in the city center, it is easy to access shopping and dining venues. Hotel and room were in good condition. We didn’t try the breakfast as many outside bakery shops offer a sandwich and coffee for a more lower price. Overall I would recommend the hotel.
