Relax in Apartment 2, a unique 1 bedroom ground floor apartment in a converted Grade 2 Listed Georgian property offering breath-taking uninterrupted ocean views across the South Bay beach, the lighthouse and harbour, and onwards up the iconic Yorkshire Heritage Coastline. All this from the comfort of the lounge. Worth noting this is a ground floor apartment, so is easily accessed without need to climb steps.

The property comes with free parking and is perfectly located in the heart of Scarborough with all amenities within walking distance.

Suiting young families, couples or small group stays , the property is furnished to a high standard and includes contemporary kitchen with modern appliances, super-fast WiFi, and a large smart TV. Bedroom includes Double bed with quality mattress, duvet and pillows, and there's a sofa bed too. What better way to enjoy the best of the Yorskshire Coast.

Walk to North or South Bay beaches in minutes, the historic Castle, theatres and restaurants. And for the kids, you are a 5 minute drive from the Alpamare swimming pool, Sealife Centre, Surf School, skate park, bmx track and picnic areas. A short drive takes you to Wykham Lakes for sailing, wakeboarding and fishing, whilst the North York Moors and Dalby forest offer walks, mountain biking and Gruffalo trails.

Perfect Scarborough Base - Just a Few Small Things to Consider

This property boasts an excellent location in Scarborough, offering easy access to both the town center and the seafront. The abundance of nearby bars and restaurants is a definite plus, yet the area remains pleasantly quiet. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the owner's communication was prompt and helpful. While the location and overall experience were very positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The parking was not adjacent to the property, requiring a 5-10 minute walk depending on street parking availability. Additionally, the bathroom was quite small. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.
