Fantastic apartment and well worth paying the extra for the wonderful sea view. Jess was so enthusiastic and helpful - we felt at home from the outset and would love to return again in future.

Good place to stay
Very comfortable room with a balcony. Located near to a couple of places to eat which were very good. Good location for the open air theatre. Staff very helpful. Ideal for the sandy beach just a few steps away.

Excellent apartment
It was great. Basically it was our own little apartment. I was a bit surprised we didn’t get refills of coffee for free, but not a big deal. Everyone was super nice, and the views were great. Very happy with our stay.

The room was not a sea view it was a krazy golf view.The parking space was overgrown with plants that scratch paintwork.Cleanliness of room was questionable.

The apartment and staff were wonderful. Our only problem was that only one parking space was allocated. As we are 2 couples on a golfing holiday we had a lot of equipment so needed 2 cars. Leaving an expensive car on a public car park is too worrying so will probably do our usual of staying in a hotel in future.

Definitely not 5 star!
Staff were lovely from welcoming us to checking out. Problem is the outdated apartments! Creaking floors loud enough to wake our baby, doors so noisy - a little DW40 would have fixed this little but annoying problem. Sofas dated, old and very uncomfortable. Carpets needs a good shampooing. Dated glass dining table! Very 90s, not morden enough for 5 star! And to spice it all up, someone below our apartment was drilling on Sat night from 2000-2230hrs of course tired is now an understatement!! The restaurant this establishment is connected to is absolutely rubbish, dirty and a tortoise speed is way faster than their service. When the breakfast finally comes, its nothing but greasy food and cold. I managed to stomach it first day but couldnt eat it second morning thereby wasting money. People are allowed to come in with dogs, infact the place is filled with dogs, shaking off God knows what within an environment where food is being served!!! To say 5 star is an insult on proper 5 star establishments. This isnt. I would rate it 4 star, i think that's fair. We were a family of 4 and a baby , we struggled to have a shower once 2 people had had a shower as water got cold and took up to 2hrs to heat up adequately again! The dishwasher, milk, bread in kitchen very useful and thanks Lovely staff gave me a bottle of wone, chocolates and card for my birthday! we wouldnt return again as we would struggle with the noise, food and discomfort of apartments!
