Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We didn't stay here. The money came out of our account and an hour and a half before we were due to check in we hadnt received any instructions on how to do so. Turns out the property had also been booked with another well known site. The communication from the owner and the host was shocking. We were all packed ready to go with no accommodation to stay in. The owner blamed Vrbo, when we contacted them they basically said that we were getting a refund in the next 10 days and what was the problem!!
