"Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!"

"We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix...

"We had an awesome stay at the villa bella toscana. The property is quiet big with a beautiful pool area, a small fitness room and enough space to enjoy yourself outside in sun. The house was clean and cosy. The big kitchen offers a great place to cook together or play boardgames at the table. Outside there is also a big covered table to have marvelous dinners with up to 10 people, even if it's raining. The villa is near the center of this small town, so you can visit the weekly market by foot...

"Pros: La estancia en la casa fue muy bonita. Estaba cerca de Florencia, Siena, Sant Gimigano, etc. Viajamos toda la familia y los propietarios fueron muy acogedores. "Great villa for lager groups with great view. Very quite location. The road towards the villa is a bit narrow and makes going for a quick grocery trip a bit less easy. The beds and bathrooms are great although from the description we did not deduct that two rooms share a bathroom and are directly connected. The kitchen downstairs is well equipped but a bit small to accommodate 1 large group sharing the whole property. The host and her sister took great care of us and really nice to be able to...

"Pictures do not do it justice, this house and location is absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable beds, clean house, beauty views, nice fireplace.owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. She had her local wine, cooked us a delishes breakfast, and also brought her olive oil to do tasting. We will definitely be back, i thank you for an amazing experience and a beautiful house."
