"It is clear that the hotel’s glory days are in the past. There are indications of what it was like then but sadly also signs of its fall from grace. The positives were that the hotel was well situated, was clean, the views spectacular and entertainment was good. The staff were fine but there were few of them. The restaurant was very disappointing and food was mediocre at best. We even skipped breakfast. There was also a lot of noise in our room from seagulls nesting outside but fortunately they were quiet at night."

"Best part of the Hotel the staff friendly and welcoming . Personally would never stay again . The building is grand unfortunately time and the owners have not been kind to it. Very dated and neglected in parts. Appreciate that it’s a budget hotel but come on owners update the facilities. Paid £17:95 for a one course meal in the buffet restaurant was not worth it my opinion. So did not stay for breakfast had at a local cafe instead."

"This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life for every single reason except for location. The location was excellent. I made a mistake originally with a reservation and they were unyielding. We were essentially charged $724 for three nights a day. When we checked in it was a disability room that was about as basic and primal as a room could be. There was no daily service even tall exchange, even though I requested it. There was self check in. Self taxis. They didn’t even have water except for a can that they charge four dollars for. The only time anyone came to our door with housekeeping was when we were checking out. The facility has one employee on in the evening to do everything. They charged top dollar and don’t have any staff. I cannot say enough to dissuade anyone from staying at this terrible place. Most places provide breakfast and not only did they not provide breakfast they didn’t provide any housekeeping or clean towels daily. Appalling! Absolutely appalling! "
