However, we would like to clarify some points that may not align completely with the facts that transpired during your stay at our hotel.Firstly, we personally welcomed you to the hotel, and shortly after checking into the initially assigned room, you expressed dissatisfaction with it. It is important to note that the initially assigned room was also a standard room on the first floor, as you mentioned. Due to the unavailability of rooms in your standard category, we offered you an alternative room with a terrace, understanding that this comes with an additional cost, as these rooms are more expensive than standard ones.We want to emphasize that you willingly accepted the offer to upgrade to the terrace room, and at no point did you raise objections during this process. Even after check-in, you were asked if you were comfortable and satisfied with the room upgrade, and there were no complaints expressed at that time.We sincerely regret any misunderstanding that may have arisen, and we acknowledge that the lack of availability in standard rooms may have caused doubts about the additional charge. Good afternoon Cassandra, thank you for your recent stay with us.Being in the suite del patron does not allow you to do whatever you want, we know that all this was because you wanted to move a Bed, to the pool area, and our staff told you was not possible.we do not have lounge chairs, All rooms during check out are checked from our housekeeping staff to first see if there wasnt any personal belonings forgotten in the room, not for other reason.As I have explained here many times, unfortunatelly we can not control what happens in the town, Our geaographical location is correct, it does show we are in the Downton, we do respect your perception.
