"Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. "We stopped in Nettleham overnight as we were going to a gig in Lincoln. Apartment was in a great location for this and with three pubs in the village offered somewhere to get food and drink before heading out. The Apartment was lovely and very clean. The only downside was parking but this was soon resolved by parking in the Coop Car Park next to the property. The Host was wonderful and ensured the kitchen and fridge was stocked upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again and can recommend...

"Perfect location to Sherwood Forest/Clumber Park (being 10/15 mins away) staff were lovely/helpful (except 1). Walking distance to supermarket if needed etc Ample space (room, parking, flooring etc) for a wheelchair user and pub food was nice. Slight unpleasant experience on the leaving morning (last of 3) but to be fed back separately. Otherwise would have stayed again."

"Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit"

"I suppose I could say this is a Signature Best Western and leave it there, but that’s not very personal. There is plenty of parking and the reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a beautiful Manor House (Georgian?) and looks wonderful as you park your vehicle in front of the building The grounds are lovely and as the weather for our stay was good, we walked the grounds and had drinks in the garden. This hotel is clearly a favourite for weddings due to the lovely grounds. The service through out was very good and our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. Our room was in the annex to the left of the entrance and overlooked the grounds. We ate in the restaurant and the food was very good, the service was, as it had been throughout our stay very good indeed. I would recommend and would stay again"
