"This place is so remote and peaceful! The bungalow we had had an outdoor shower and bathroom and it was a little bit hard to get adjusted to the nature sounds at night time! "My boyfriend and I just got back and we’re already counting down until we can return. From check-in, the staff went above and beyond — everyone was so sweet, and it felt like 5-star Michelin treatment the whole stay. Our room was cleaned twice a day with a lovely turndown service — cute notes and sweets left on the bed every night. The room had a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub, perfect for a romantic touch. When our TV had an issue, staff replaced it immediately. Free water was restocked daily. Breakfast was incredible — so many options, but we couldn’t get enough of the fried rice and bihun goreng plus made-to-order coffee included free. It kept us full until dinner! Room service was also quick and delicious. Can’t recommend Kamandalu enough. We’ll be back!"

"We cannot rave enough about Hava Ubud. The property is GORGEOUS! It is the stuff vacation dreams are made of. It is conveniently located NEAR Ubud city center so you’re close enough for convenience but are not smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff were top notch and made the whole experience wonderful. They have amazing amenities and delicious food. We highly recommend getting the iced vanilla latte. Sounds basic but it was BOMB!"

Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel valued. The service was consistently outstanding and really made the trip feel special. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and enjoying meals while overlooking the stunning scenery was a highlight each day. The entire property is well maintained and offers a perfect balance of luxury, tranquility, and authentic Balinese charm. It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love"

"Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again."

"I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."
