This is a brand new luxury townhome in the historic Streetcar District of Savannah. The owner Beth Burgess bought this legacy property and named it The Starland Sweet House.nIt will carry her biography on transfer of title in perpetuity.The home has a main level bedroom and bathroom with two spacious ensuites upstairs. Centrally located in Mid-town, Forsyth, Daffin park Starland Yard and the Riverfront are all close by. This decor is allergy friendly as we do not book pets with the PINK furnishings. $500 fine for pets. ADT exterior cameras.
