Have the best of both worlds by staying in this centrally located, yet peaceful Savannah estate. Just one block North of the Fountain at Forsyth Park, guests are only a short walk from all of Savannah's main attractions, including: Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant, The Paris Market, and River Street.

Enter your individual access code for a keyless entry to your sprawling, two-bedroom apartment. Furnished tastefully with solid wood frames and rich textiles, The Park House is ideal for the distinguished traveler. The living room will soon become your go-to spot for winding down and spending time with loved ones. Access your favorite streaming channels or choose from an expansive cable package from the flat screen TV as a way to start or end your day. Open to the living room is a formal dining table suitable for four guests.

Just beyond the living and dining areas, a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass top range, and dishwasher. Fully equipped to cook a meal, guests can opt for a quick snack or cup of coffee before exploring the city. Have a quick cup and plan your day at the kitchen island.

The first bedroom features a Queen size bed, with freestanding wardrobe and an en suite bath with Jack and Jill doors to the living area. The second bedroom towards the rear of the apartment boasts a King Size bed and a private balcony overlooking the South end of the home. Down the hall, a full bath with soaking tub and standing shower. Extended stays (or traveling with little ones) are a breeze with a washer and dryer found inside the unit.

Great Apartment - Great Location

This was an exceptional stay for us. It's nicer than in the pictures. We travel to Savannah each summer and love it every time. This was our favorite trip to date because of the fabulous location. We would definitely stay again.

Can’t beat the location for the parks and great walks. Apartment was perfect. Loved that once inside was on the 1st floor. Everything was wonderful. Wish I had more time to just hang around! I will be back

We had the best time listening to a live a band before across the street for a private event. Everyone in the area is friendly and it's a very calm and peaceful square. The home is perfect for 4 people, comfortable, clean, and the natural light from the large windows is gorgeous. Property management company is very responsive and locally managed.

A great location for a walking experience of Savannah

You couldn't ask to be in the middle of it. Park the car and let the walking and exploring begin. This phenomenal centralized location access to the great parks and all the restaurants and activities of Savannah has to offer. This location has very comfortable furniture and all the appliances you need to feel at home.

amazing location - perfect for 2 couples

The location is perfect. We have traveled to Savannah several times - the location is ideal. Short walk to river, city market and Forsyth Park. The kitchen is small but we were able to cook dinner one night - make sure you bring all you need to cook. There is NOT any oil or even salt and pepper. Bring your own coffee grounds - only enough for 1 pot was there for us. Communication with the property management company went well. I wish I had not had to reach out - The property is listed as Non-Smoking.....be careful if you are allergic to smoke (like me) - the tenants smoked below us on their deck - so we were not able to use our outside deck area during our entire visit. The router is housed in the unit above us - and we were unable to use our TV on 2 of our 5 nights because the router was unplugged. Both beds were not comfortable - but tolerable. The king mattress is a futon type mattress - the queen mattress is loud and make a squeaking noise when you make any movement. I LOVED and sought out a tub - it is perfect for a long soak.

Reviewer Comments: After reviewing hundreds of listings, this apartment was chosen for the excellent location on Monterey Square, at least four comfortable seats in the living room and dining table, two full bathrooms and pretty decor. Street parking availability is not a problem. (A reduced rate dashboard pass is available from the Bryan St Garage). Any questions that we had were answered promptly by Lucky Savannah, even outside of business hours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

The location is perfect for walking to Forsyth Park, dinner, and touring the nicer historic areas - far enough away from the overly touristy areas. Parking was never an issue. Purchased visitor day passes from Mobility & Parking Services (at Bryan Street garage) and most of the time were able to park in front of the apartment. The kitchen seemed to have all of the necessary equipment (although we didn't prepare meals while we were there). Only suggestions we have would be to update the curtains / rod / rings (including shower) throughout, as they are rather worn and / or non functioning. Also providing folding luggage racks for each bedroom would be inexpensive, but very useful.

The setting is perfect, as it is directly across the street from one of Savannah's beautiful little parks. It is a quiet location, but within about two blocks walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. It is decorated in a very modern fashion, which was a nice surprise from most of the traditional interiors do you find in Savannah rentals. Everything was clean and comfortable. The mattress on the master king bed is not as comfortable as I would've liked it to have been – – it is really more like a futon mattress. The back porch has nice seating for two and is open to a small courtyard. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall the stay was good. The proximity to Forsyth park is great and the streets are lovely.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of SavannahOur family of four (two adults, a 12-year-old, and a 4-year-old) had a wonderful stay at this charming parlor. The location was ideal — situated in the historic district, just steps from Forsyth Park and close to excellent restaurants. It felt safe and walkable, about a 25-minute stroll to downtown and the riverfront. The flat was well-appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Savannah.

Well-located, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped.A fantastic place for one couple or a family (couple + children), but I wouldn't recommend it as much if you're traveling with friends (two couples, for instance). The first room is fantastic and you'll have lots of privacy, but the second one is small, the door doesn't lock (and it has a huge gap), and its bathroom has a [shared] door with the living room, meaning that all noises from there will be heard from the living room.
