This property was great! It exceeded our expectations and had more amenities than I anticipated. The night tables have outlets and ports for charging your phones. Bathrooms were clean and supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The towels and sheets were top notch. Loved reading the book that gives a history of the place too. Five stars!! Thank you Brandon and Chase!
A perfect property in an ideal location. The house is located in easy walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.
The home feels very spacious with its high ceilings. You can feel the history in the decor, but is still comfortably furnished. The beds were good, and we made use of a pull out bed in the sofa.
The communication was great and we had a lovely experience. We would definitely stay here again. Reserve with confidence!
This place was originally booked for a bachelorette getaway. The bachelorette was no longer needed but this place was not going to waste. I kept the booking and I was so glad I did. My best friend and I took our children and we absolutely loved it. The place was immaculate minutes walk from so many amazing things. I parked my car and did not move it the entire trip. We enjoyed cafes, restaurants, and tours. I love Savannah and this has been the best location to stay. Thank you for sharing this gem!
Awesome property with high-end quality finishes throughout. Very comfortable beds. Great location in town. Walkable to almost everything.Beautiful outdoor area perfect for an evening nightcap. We would absolutely stay again.
The property it self is very, very nice. The only issue we had was the adjoining property had a group of people that were extremely loud and partied from 11pm until past 4am on Friday and Saturday night. The both bedrooms are located against the adjacent walls and outside courtyard is right by the bedroom window. My family did not have a chance to sleep hardly at all due to this. Not the property managers fault, but wanted to point it out.
We stayed here for a short 2 day stay. We stayed in 3 different VRBO's during our week long trip down south for vacation and my kids rated this one as there favorite. They kept asking if we can stay here again. The family room is quite larger than I expected and very comfortable. Just be aware that there is not a free parking space near the property and that it is paid parking only. We could not find a spot nearby so we tried a parking garage nearby. It was 60 for 2 days worth of parking so just keep that in mind. I would try to research parking options before getting here so you won't be caught off guard, I must have missed this in the description as it was a last minute book. I believe the lower price per night reflects this as other nearby VRBOs are more expensive.
