Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. It is loud at night so ear plugs are a must on the weekends if you have trouble with noise but it didn't bother us.

Condo was nicer than pictured. Great location. A bit noisy at times with street traffic on weekend. Alley type kitchen with bar seating. Well stocked kitchen with the exception of serving bowls and storage containers with lids. Very roomy outside of kitchen with nice third floor city view. Would recommend and rent again.

What a great location! The loft had everything we needed and was in a great location for exploring Savannah. This is an older building but it was very clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place in Savannah!

This was a darling third floor apartment in downtown Savannah. It was close to restaurants, shopping and the river walk. It was very clean. We had 5 people and all of us slept very well. The kitchen was well equipped, there were games to play and a basket full of tourist brochures. We had plenty of hot water and big, soft towels. We will come again!

Great Location!

This is a wonderful place with a fantastic location close to everything you would want to see in Savannah. We enjoyed looking out the windows and people watching. Something to keep in mind for those who are very light sleepers is that the street that the windows overlook is very busy and the building was built in 1860 so you can hear many noises coming from outside.

Great Location!!!

This condo has the best location to be able to walk to almost anything. Parks, Shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking garage is an easy walk and the parking pass is an added benefit. Condo is very clean and comfortable. Nightlife is a little noisy but never bothered us. Great place to stay.

Great Place in the middle of the city!

Wonderful two bedroom “roomy” loft apartment located in the middle of everything. Lots of food. Shopping and entertainment. Just know that the city never sleeps, therefore neither does the noise. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Awesome location

We brought the grandparents to visit our son who attends SCAD. My husband and I have visited Savannah many times and this location was the best. So easy to walk to restaurants, stores, etc. Having access to the garage was a huge plus as well. The apartment space and layout was great.
