State St Victorian - 1894 Home in Savannah’s Historic Heart



Step out the door and you’re one block from Broughton Street. River Street, Bay Street, City Market, and Savannah’s best restaurants and nightlife are a walk away. No Ubers. No parking stress. That’s the difference between “near downtown” and actually being downtown.



This 1894 Victorian sleeps six in three rooms with 2.5 baths - and it comes with something almost nobody in the Historic District has: a private two-car garage.



Inside, 1,650+ sq ft blends original period detail with modern design. Ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, antique staircase, five gas fireplaces, and plaster walls meet designer furniture, granite kitchen, stainless appliances, and marble bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: King bed with memory foam mattress

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite bath

Living room: Queen sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress, and the room can be fully closed off for privacy

Three outdoor spaces: jasmine-draped front porch, upper balcony overlooking the Owens-Thomas House garden and Oglethorpe Square, and a private walled rear courtyard with a fountain.

Dogs welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. We accept dogs under 30 lbs for $150, and dogs 30–45 lbs for $190. Larger or multiple dogs require approval and an additional fee.
