🌊 Saltwater Pool & Year-Round Hot Tub – The large backyard is your private retreat, featuring a heated saltwater pool, relaxing hot tub, and plenty of loungers to soak up Savannah’s sunshine. *Note: The pool is only heated from October through April.



🍽️ Fully Stocked Kitchen – Whip up home-cooked meals in the spacious kitchen, complete with all the essentials.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to:

- The front driveway (easily identifiable by the red mailbox

-The home, but not the garage as it is storage for the property

-The backyard, pool, and back gate (trash cans located behind the fence).



**Please do not attempt to open the storage shed or the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sandfly area of Savannah, Ga.



Getting Around:

We are 15 minutes from Downtown Savannah and just 5 minutes from Wormsloe Historic Site. Uber/Lyft is also a great way to get around if you prefer not to drive. We do have a driveway for all personal vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The pool can be heated for an additional $50 per night fee. Pool heating is offered from October through April every year.
