Our Winter Getaway

We loved this property. It has a lot of charm and a great location. It has most anything you would need while away from home. There is a grocery store nearby and public transportation which makes it easy to get around.

Well Appointed and a Good Location

We had a great month-long stay at this apartment. It has everything we needed and then some! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the beds are comfy, and the apartment is well insulated. We both work from home and were able to do so comfortably, only bringing one travel desk with us (which you could get away without if someone works from the dining table). While our dogs had to get used to the noises of apartment living (hearing others enter/exit the building since it’s right next to the front door), it only took them a few days to become settled. In all the apartment is pretty quiet - for comparison I rented one on Whittaker a few years ago and this apartment is on a much quieter street and has newer windows offering much better insulation / sound proofing. Only real note is that the fully fenced back “yard” is now a paved patio so there is no grassy area. There are a lot of green spaces around Savannah, but just a call-out if you are bringing the pups. It is literally right behind Kroger which was extremely convenient, about 7 minutes from Forsyth, a 15 minute walk to most restaurants we frequented, and 30 minutes from the touristy area down by River Street. In all I’d definitely recommend this apartment. We would return for another extended stay. Thanks again for being great hosts!
