This property is in an excellent location for attending events anywhere in the city. Great for families, weekend getaways, bachelorette get-together, happenings at Forsyth Park, attending wedding events, holiday celebrations, shopping, sightseeing, golf excursions, SCAD college events, corporate events, the Jazz Festival, Saint Patrick's Day Parade (2nd largest in the United States) and just about every event in Savannah and an easy drive to the beach at Tybee Island.

Located in the Landmark Historic District (Beach Institute Neighborhood) it is close to everything that Savannah has to offer yet outside the congestion and overnight parking issues of the main tourist area. Perfect for sightseeing, either on foot or by car or use the free shuttle service (for information on the free shuttle do a Google search on " Connect-On-the-Dot ") or use Uber or Lyft to get about. There is even a full service grocery ( Kroger, it even has a Starbucks ) just a short walk away.
A historic home with all the modern conveniences. This beautiful first floor (street level) 3 bedroom 2 bath condo boasts 1300 sq ft, sleeps 6 comfortably is very clean and well maintained. It includes a private entrance, 3 queen size beds, master bedroom has en suite bathroom. Unit includes central air, ceiling fans, cable TV, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer and much more.
Forsyth Park is a leisurely seven minute walk, nearby free shuttle service and full service grocery ( Kroger ) just minutes away. Dining, antique shops, entertainment, museums, numerous parks and squares, River Street, and many other sites and activities are a quick drive away, or walk and wander to take in all that Savannah has to offer. Tybee Island is an easy 17 mile drive.
With its rich history and some 200 city-wide festivals and events each year Savannah is the place to be.

Booked for a 50th bday weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The home was very comfortable and extremely cozy. Ample street parking was available at all times. Would stay again.
We loved everything about this apartment and hope to return next year. Can't recommend highly enough. it's super clean & the host provides everything you could possibly need. Just wonderful.

My family stayed at this and the upstairs property for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The property was very clean and conveniently located. We were fortunate enough to be in Savannah during their JazzFest most of which took place in Forsyth Park, just a few blocks from where we stayed. Beautiful city and a wonderful experience. My mother, Aunts and I go on a girls trip every year and this is our second time visiting Savannah. We love it here! This is the cutest house by the way! It’s a busy street but what street isn’t busy in Savannah? It’s a really short walk to a very nice Kroger which came in handy. You can walk just a few blocks for a trolly. So the house is in a great location and was very comfortable and pleasant.
The home is spacious, clean and comfy. We did site seeing around Savannah and it was an easy location to walk from and/or drive when needed. Those in the front room should expect to hear loud traffic from the road during the night.
This unit was perfect for me and my 3 sisters! I would recommend a dresser of drawers in each bedroom as 1 did not have place to unpack clothes...also, a Keurig coffee machine would be much better than a regular coffee pot. This unit was well stocked w/ necessities. I would highly recommend when visiting Savannah.
We could walk to everything. The condo was cute and plenty of room. Bonus for us was that it had back patio area that could be securely locked which provided us a place to keep our e-bikes when not in use. We rented two units with two couples in each of them and this worked really well! Would definitely stay here again
This first floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is in a great location in Savannah for family or friends wanting to be active while you are visiting this great city! Parking on the street was easy and very convenient. We traveled easily to Tybee Island for a day. It’s so convenient to do a quick walk to the Kroger for a Starbucks coffee or replenish breakfast items. The walk to Forsyth Park is easy and you are able to catch the free DOT bus to get around conveniently. It was a terrific way to get close to the riverfront for the weekend Craft/artisan booths. City Market area and museums were also readily accessible. Driving around the town is also pretty easy but not worrying about parking is wonderful. The host, Mary, was very responsive and helpful. So enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo.
Three besties celebrated milestone birthdays. We have stayed in VRBOs before. For the 5 days we were there, the house was well stocked with essentials. We never had a need to call the manager. It was very clean. It was walkable to Forsyth Park, but Ubered to River Street. The street traffic could be a bit noisey on the weekend. Quiet area otherwise. You could hear noise from other apartments in the building. The living room area would be tight for more than 3, maybe 4. However you could sit at kitchen table and all be together. A great size for the three of us as we each had our own bedrooms.
We all really liked this three bedroom place on the ground floor. It was perfect for us as we were one couple and two singles visiting Savannah for a wedding in Forsyth Park.
The check in procedure was excellent, I liked that there was a key pad door lock. Communication with the owner (Mary) was great too, she answered all my questions in her welcome message.
Pros:
The place itself is very clean and well maintained. Beds and linens were comfortable, even for me who likes a firm mattress.

The caretaker/property manager Brittany is very helpful and fun to talk with. She will quickly resolve any "issues" you might have
The front street is very pretty and quiet for the most part
Cons: It is an old house so the sound really travels between units. We were in the main floor and the group upstairs were VERY loud very late the first couple of nights. One of our group mentioned this to Brittany and she straightened things out right away.
My husband and I stayed in the front bedroom closest to the street. The early morning traffic was quite noticeable, made me wish I'd have brought earplugs but oh well, that's life in a city
The location is a bit far from the shops and bars downtown
The couch is only good for two people. We are a "sit around a table" group so we weren't bothered by that but it is worth mentioning
