Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.
What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was very clean and spacious for two people. We also appreciated its convenient location. We were able to walk to all the shops, restaurants, bars, and other sites of interest.
This was our first trip to Savannah and this place was the perfect welcome. The unit is super clean and inviting, the private parking is clutch in Savannah. Great location as well!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this property. Jones Street is likely the prettiest street in Savannah. We walked to all the major attractions and left our car safely parked out back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Incredibly comfortable house on the prettiest street!
This property was absolutely perfect. Better lighting than a lot of the places we’ve stayed in Savannah. It had a beautiful entryway, a large kitchen with a lot of natural light and a very comfortable bedroom.
My Husband and I came to Savannah for a long weekend without our kiddos, and to celebrate my birthday. What a perfect spot! The home was absolutely beautiful, and in a perfect location. We woupd definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Awesome location and apartment. Check in process was smooth, and parking was easy. A good portion of the dishes were dirty and required washing before use, but other than that, everything was great.
This home was perfect for my mom and I to stay in. The location is within walking distance from everything you need. Close to River Street and Broughton. Clean, authentic, large home. Would highly recommend.
This apartment was wonderful. It is located quaint, pretty street. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the quiet. It is very clean, decorated beautifully, and was just what my husband and I needed. It is in walking distance of many things in Savannah. We will definitely stay again.
Great apartment. Very conveniently located and walking distance to all of the historic areas. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Quiet street and nice to have the reserved parking. My only complaint is the pillows need to be replaced or upgraded (so lumpy) and we didn’t see a smoke alarm inside our apartment. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend. If we return to Savannah would stay here again.
The property is very nice, bigger than expected. Great location, quiet neighborhood, able to walk most places. The apartment is not for someone that has trouble with stairs. We will definitely rent again.
So much has so been well said by other reviewers it’s difficult to add more that is new. From location to amenities to convenience to cleanliness to accuracy and promptness of communication this vacation rental tops our list of Savannah stays, beginning to end.
We enjoyed our stay in Savannah and VRBO on E. Jones. We had everything we needed for a comfy stay. There was one small problem. We have a family on the upper floor and they sounded like a herd of cattle. After a certain point we had to laugh!
Great location in historic district, very clean and inviting home, perfect place to say goodbye to our SCAD bee, nice cafe a couple blocks away, and a historic local pub too, and lots more a bit further. Kroger close also, if you need anything there. We used both parking locations (street and spot out back), and both were equally convenient. Had zero issues upon entry, everything seamless. Bed was quite comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!
Perfect location. The personal parking spot was perfect and we used the back entrance to come and go. The AC is loud (as others listed) but did not bother us. Plenty of towels and toiletry items (always a plus!). The binder with instructions and suggestions was great! We love Jones St and had never stayed on this end…would def stay again!

Our apartment had good kitchen amenities. Nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The thermostat is easy to use. Neighborhood is quiet but in walking distance to restaurants and bars.
