The home is beautiful and we were able to walk to every place we wanted to go in the historic district and river walk. When we return to Savannah, we will stay here again!
beautiful home! Southern Charm, great location - walking to different restaurants and squares.
Very clean, comfortable bedding, old home but didn't feel old or outdated.
loved our stay!
Cute house! It’s very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. No trouble parking. The mattresses were SO COMFY

This was a very well kept, well stocked, elegantly decorated, cozy home. Very lovely. My only complaint is that the beds were a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, great stay.

Overall the house was fine for the two days we stayed. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the water temperature in the shower was a bit cold. The house was clean
My partner and I invited a former colleague and his wife to join us for for a weekend in Savannah. This home was perfect for two couples and perfect to take advantage of all the site seeing, food and beverages that the historic district offers. Very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. We look forward to returning.
My wife and I spent 3 nights at this location. We loved the location and room sizes. Very nice home. However, the kitchen and dining room areas have no curtains or blinds. This allows those around to look right in on you. My wife felt a little unsafe if I left for a while. Plus, the fireplaces are not workingas viewed. Just a bunch of candles in them.
Lovely renovated historical townhome. The house was filled with peace, serenity & charm. Bed is comfortable and cozy. Location close and within walking distance to Bay Street. House fully stocked with cookware and accessories. Enjoyed our pre-holiday, stress-free vacation! We will be back..

Had a great time, love Savannah. House was beautiful, but a little cold downstairs and a little hot upstairs.
We had a girls reunion, we made Savanna our half way point to meet. This beautiful renovated downtown home was just perfect for us four to get all caught up after 34 years and explore the beautiful river front of Savanna. Thank you it was perfect.

Beautiful decorated historical Savannah home.comfortable, cozy, convenient to everything. We could have used an extra blanket in each bedroom and a couple of throws in the living room.We would stay here again. The light over the stove needs replaced.
This was a great house for our girls trip! The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated, and everything was in great condition. The 2 bedrooms are good sized with plenty of room for our group of 4 adult women, and the beds were comfortable. There are only a couple of parking spaces in front of the house (because of a preschool crosswalk and fire hydrant), but there was ample street parking right around the corner. The house was not in the center of the downtown action, but was easily walkable. Bring comfortable walking shoes for downtown Savannah - so much to see on foot! We loved it!

The home was exactly as the pictures showed. We were very pleased with the mattresses and pillows, so no need to worry if you are looking for a good night's sleep. The home was spacious and there was a small outdoor seating area with furniture if you want to sit outside. The home was well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including coffee maker and Keurig. Hairdryer, curling iron, iron, steamer. All very handy to have on hand when you are traveling. The location was great, especially if you want to spend time by the river. Parking was also available for at least one car. I would highly recommend this rental and will use it again if I am back in Savannah. The entry instructions arrived precisely 2 days before our reservation as communicated. Thank you!

Reviewer Comments:
This was our first time choosing a vacation rental versus a hotel. Our daughters family joined my husband and I at the Teagan House. Lets just say we would stay there again. It had the perfect amount of charm. Upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. The location was great for all kinds of walking, whether it be to Forsyth Park, The River District-which I highly recommend, or to grab a beer on a stroll. It gave us the ability to stop back at the rental for my grandson to nap and then go out in the evening for some ice cream. We chose to eat 2 meals at home and brought my own kitchen items. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well stocked this kitchen was. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots and pans, mixing bowls and spoons. Honestly the only thing missing was a crockpot-but I had brought my own. There are some areas of the house that could use some TLC. The rental company was prompt in responding to any questions that I had.
My family of 4 and our little dog stayed in this home and had a great time! The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we might need. The beds were comfortable and we felt safe. We had no issues in finding a place to park. You just have to pay attention to the signs about when and where the street sweepers come along. It wasn’t a big deal. Both bedrooms are up a tall staircase. It was fine for us, but if stairs are a problem, be mindful of this. For us, we enjoyed the house. It’s walking distance to anything in the historic district, but it’s a little further for some things. We drove and parked if going to the opposite side of the district, but you wouldn’t have to if you’re younger and more energetic. I would recommend this home and would love to stay here again!
My husband and I stayed at this house for 5 days. We had another couple join us for 2 nights. We enjoyed the historical nature of this home. The amenities (or lack of) were the reason that we knocked it down to 3 stars. There towels on our bed in our bedroom, as well as in the other bedroom for our friends. They included 2 bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. Were my husband and I supposed to share a washcloth and hand towel for 5 days? There was no extra trash can liners, and we filled up the kitchen can in the first 3 days. There was only 1 kitchen towel, which was dirty and wet after 2 days. There also was no facial tissues so our friend, who was recovering from a cold, had to use the very thin toilet paper to blow her nose. We ran out of toilet papers and had to go buy more. We did call and more towels were brought that same day, so that was good but shouldn’t have been necessary. This made the overall stay feel not as special as it could have been.

This rental was the perfect place! Two couples & each had their own room & full bath, all upstairs. A half bath down stairs. Location was ideal. Parking was tricky as the “parking in front” was more “parking close to the front”. Only 2 spaces available. The Savannah Southern charm was oozing from this property! I would definitely rent this again!!
