Quaint Victorian tiny house in Starland District, pets ok/fully furn/ all util
- The tiny home that was before there were tiny homes! This charming carriage house comes fully equipped with a full sized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room, as well as a backyard for relaxing in! With 400 sq feet of space, this place is great for a corporate rental, SCAD student or someone who is working nearby and needs a flexible lease. Outdoor cameras for security. Minimum stay is 30 days plus and has many amenities, including all of your utilities, high speed internet, so that you do not have to worry about things like deposits for electricity etc. Has on site washer and dryer and private entrance. Must see! This diverse neighborhood is being renovated although is pretty quiet. Many homes still have the old charm they had but are being updated in various stages.
