Trash goes through the courtyard out the garage into the ally. Please do lock the garage door after opening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

There is a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay (not per night) as our cleaners have to take extra time to sanitize and remove any dander.
Please keep pets off furniture as much as possible and clean their feet before coming inside.
If can be prevented, we also recommend not to leave approved pets unattended for more than 2 hours.
