Peaceful & Beautiful Upper Apt! 2 Private Balconies!

Gorgeous upstairs apartment in a historic building on Hall Street which is one of the prettiest in Savannah's Historic District. You will be one block away from the downtown grocery store and on the same block with a beautiful locally owned bakery coffee shop. Just 3 blocks from Forsyth Park and 1 mile from the River, this is the ideal location for those who want a little less chaos with parking on arrival but all the best of scenery and the amazing walking lifestyle that makes Savannah world famous.

Two bedrooms each with a King size bed. Pullout sofa in the Living Room. One full bathroom plus one half bathroom both off the hallway. Two private balconies. Free public street parking.

Capacity is 4 adults but we sleep two extras under 18.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway.
What to expect when booking: Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Great Stay

We loved our stay here. The house was pleasant and big enough for 2 couples. The beds are firm and the shower has great water pressure. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Parking is on the street but we had no problems finding a space.

Great stay

Beautiful historic property! We loved the outdoor spaces and spent a lot of time enjoying them. Easy walk to many great sites. Parking was extremely easy. When we go back we will try and stay here.

Quick Getaway

This place is absolutely adorable. Location is perfect for an event I attended at The Bardo. I really enjoyed being within walking distance of Krogers. Mate’ Factor on the corner- definitely worth a visit for the food and drinks. Next visit to Savannah I will definitely be staying here again.Thanks for an incredible visit!

Beautiful Stay

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time here. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be… shops, restaurants, parks, river street! The close by kroger was definitely a plus. That being said, it was quiet and quaint. The apartment was clean and neat. Would definitely stay again!

Historical Savanah

We stayed at this property for only one night, but it was awesome! Very cool to stay in such an old, kept up and renovated historical house built in the 1800's. Located a short driving distance to the river front shops. Very charming house and neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful city

The apartment was perfect for our three-adult party. It was spacious, clean, well-located, and the little details were all taken care of (coffee, plenty of towels, guide books, etc.). The only one thing we would recommend is replacing the noisy bed frame in the front bedroom, but even that wouldn't stop us from stay here again!

Fantastic location near Forsyth Park. Quiet. A few suggestions, deck furniture could use new cushions and covers. Some type of deck lighting so guests could stay outside on the decks. Mirrors in the bedrooms. Overall, great space.

Beautiful Home right in the Historic District

Nothing but great things to say about our stay in this Savannah Apartment. It was beautiful, clean, spacious, and conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to see in Savannah! My wife and I brought our 3yr old and 2yr old and there was plenty of room in the apartment and the location was great. We will most likely stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful Historic Home

Our stay was wonderful. This is a beautiful spacious home full of character. Super easy check in and out. Super clean and we even arrived to a bottle of wine which was such a nice touch. Amazing coffee shop and bakery right on the corner and a very short easy walk to Forsyth Park. Would highly recommend this property for your stay.

Wonderful!

We took a road trip with our family and this was our favorite place that we stayed. The apartment was clean and better than we expected. We loved that it still had a lot of its old charm but was updated just enough. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for us. There was also a Kroger just right around the corner. Also, parking was never an issue. If we go back to Savannah, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Delightful!

Our stay at this residence was beyond DELIGHTFUL! The place was just as it states in the description. Communicating with the owner was easy and responses were timely. It was quite cozy, very clean and spacious. Very convenient to many places within the downtown Savannah area. I cannot WAIT to return!

Everything I hoped for

I lived in the area as a kid so the location was really fun for me. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The outdoor space was incredible to have. The beds we’re comfortable, the living room was so cozy and the kitchen was fully equipped and quite functional. Great host communication and accommodation. Can’t wait to make another trip back.
