The house was charming, in a great location, overall clean and matched the description. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for everyone. Getting into the house was a bit tricky- the text I received had codes to the upstairs and downstairs apartments (which are interior doors), but no code to the exterior door, nor did it indicate where to find the exterior door code. There was a link in the text for more info about the house, where I found the exterior door code we needed. It would be helpful if the check-in text provided all three codes or at least indicated where to find it. The kitchen trash can is small and the single bag provided was not enough for three nights. We brought the trash can from the upstairs kitchen down, but providing an additional bag for the downstairs would be a good idea for guests staying 2 nights. Also, there was a liquid soap dispenser in the living room bath that had been refilled with water. I'm not sure if it had been left by previous guests and housekeeping didn't collect it, or if housekeeping filled it with water.
