The Space

This waterfront home is located in a quiet, established Wilmington Island neighborhood on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The open-concept floor plan creates a bright and inviting space, connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for spending time together.

The cozy living room features a fireplace, plenty of seating, a big-screen Samsung Smart TV with a Xfinity subscription (90+ channels), and a 12-in-1 arcade game for endless fun. The dining table seats six, with additional bar seating for three. A sliding glass door opens directly onto the patio, complete with outdoor seating and a grill for cookouts by the lake.

Our home comfortably accommodates your group with four clean, carpeted bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: A new premium adjustable king-size mattress, a quiet work desk with high-speed Wi-Fi, a walk-in closet, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious two-person jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

Second Bedroom: A comfortable queen mattress and a Smart HD Roku TV.

Third Bedroom: A full mattress and a Smart HD Roku TV.

Fourth Bedroom: A daybed with a full and a twin mattress, sleeping up to three guests.

An additional full bathroom is located in the hall, and a twin self-inflating air mattress is available for extra flexibility. Ceiling fans in every room ensure you stay cool and comfortable.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire home, including a private 1-car garage and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent. For your enjoyment, we also provide:

A fishing kayak to explore the lake

A basketball hoop with a ball

Games and toys for all ages

The Neighborhood

Our home is situated on beautiful Wilmington Island, just minutes away from local grocery stores and restaurants. It's the perfect blend of quiet residential living and convenient access to everything you need.

Getting Around

Your prime location makes exploring easy:

Tybee Island Beach: A scenic 20-minute drive to the beach, pier, snack bars, and restrooms.

Historic Downtown Savannah: A 17-minute drive to discover the city's famous restaurants, bars, shops, and cobblestone streets along the Savannah River.

Pets

We are happy to welcome your furry friends with approval. Please review our pet policy:

All pets must be approved by the owner.

Pet fees are not included in the initial reservation and will be added separately.

Dogs must be under 30 pounds. No puppies or cats.

Fees for one small dog: $20 per night ($50 minimum), $125 per week, or $250 for two weeks or longer.

A second pet may be allowed with a separate fee determined by the owner.

Our yard is not fenced. All dogs must be on a leash when outside.

Dogs must be crated inside the home if left unattended.

Please be diligent about cleaning up after your dog.

Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.

Important Information

Security: For your safety and ours, security cameras are in place monitoring the front of the home, the back view of the dock/lake/deck, and the interior of the garage.

Long-Term Stays: For reservations of 21 days or longer, bi-weekly cleanings (once every two weeks) are required for a fee of $60 per cleaning. We can coordinate a convenient time for this service.

EV Charging: You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle in the garage. Please bring your own 110v adapter.
