The Space:

Welcome to this spacious single-level home in Savannah, Georgia, about 15 minutes from Downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from the beach.



Four bedrooms: a king bed in the Master Suite, a queen bed in Guest Bedroom 1, a queen bed in Guest Bedroom 2, and two single beds in Guest Bedroom 3. Two full bathrooms.



The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee and tea station. The garage is set up as a game room with a Pac-Man arcade machine, a foosball table, and a ping pong table, plus board games in the living room.



The fenced backyard has a private hot tub and a fire pit with seating. Parking for up to 4 cars.



Dog-friendly, with a per-dog daily pet fee.



Guest Access:

You have access to the home, its garage, the driveway, and the backyard. Please respect any locked closets, which hold the property's linen and supplies.



The Neighborhood:

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood on Wilmington Island, with friendly, respectful neighbors. Please observe posted speed limits and quiet hours. No parties or events without coordinating with the host first.



Getting Around:

You will need a car or rideshare, since the roadways here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are each about 15 minutes away. A Publix is about 8 minutes from the house, and Urgent Care in Whitemarsh is a 6 minute drive for emergencies.



Other Things to Note:

Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. The home is stocked with starter supplies (paper products, trash bags) for about a 2 to 3 day stay; Kroger, Publix, and Walmart are all a short drive away for more.



Interaction with Guests:

We live close by and are reachable by app or phone any time. Self check-in, with your door code and instructions sent by the app the day before arrival. The home is dog-friendly, with a per-dog, per-day pet fee.
