Southern coastal charm and comfort abound at this family-friendly Wilmington Island retreat. Within easy reach of local groceries and convenience, this three-bedroom home offers a convenient location near Coastal Georgia attractions, Tybee Island, and Savannah's historic sites.
Days spent at home can be enjoyed in the spacious backyard under the oak tree and alfresco meals using the gas grill on the deck.
For some more friendly fun, enjoy a few rounds of Ping-Pong in the garage or cruise the neighborhood with one of the bicycles provided. A cozy front porch is a perfect spot for morning coffee. Additional yard games include bocce ball, cornhole, ring toss, and giant-Jenga.
After the day's adventures, unwind in the living area with family and friends while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. Perfect Getaway

Cute place and great mid-point location

My group and I only stayed for a few days, but we enjoyed that if we wanted to go to Tybee one half of the day and Savannah the next half that it wasn’t a bad drive

Family vacation

Stayed for a week with my family and absolutely loved our time here. The neighborhood was so quaint and quiet. The house was perfect for the four of us. It had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep comfortably, and enjoy our time while in Savannah or Tybee Island.

Graduation weekend

This was our 3rd stay at Island Oaks. We were there for Georgia Southern's graduation - our youngest received her Master's degree. Island Oaks is conveniently located between downtown Savannah and Tybee. We also had an issue with the lock box and Kim got in touch with us and straightened out the problem quickly.
