This unique experience awaits you at Tattnall House, offering the luxury and privacy of this historic home all to yourself.

Built in 1853, this beautiful 2 story brick home accommodates up to 4 people. It includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a separate dressing room, a lovely living room and adjoining dining room. Through the kitchen with it's original exposed brick wall you'll find the private courtyard and seating.

Tattnall House is located in one of the most beautiful sections of downtown near the famously appointed "America's Most Beautiful Street" Jones Street. You are within walking distance to many of the famous attractions including: Forsyth Park, The Jepson Center for the Arts, shopping, historic tours and many restaurants including Mrs. Wilkes and The Crystal Beer Parlor.

NOTES:
Minimum age of person reserving must be at least 25 years old, no exceptions.

Maximum occupancy is 4 people including infants/children, at ALL times.

No pets. No smoking.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tattnall House! Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, very charming and cozy. The location is perfect, we walked everywhere and parking was very easy. I would recommend this place for sure!

Great Location and ambience.

I would definitely stay here again. It is in a wonderful location, and beautifully decorated Only suggestion would be more wine glasses and nonslip mats in tubs

Charming historic home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tattnall house. It is very clean and beautifully decorated with period furnishings. Close proximity to everything made staying here very convenient.

Beautiful little Place

It's really a great location and the property was as it was advertised, and was a nice place. Parking isn't that difficult, and overall it was a good stay.

Great property in a great location

We enjoyed a quick weekend in Savannah with this property as our home base. It is in a perfect spot for seeing the sights. The property is beautifully furnished and comfortable. Communication was great with the property manager. Will stay again!

THE perfect place for experiencing traditional Savannah

Fabulous very nearby (2-8 blocks) restaurants, coffee place. A true wonder for people who are less interested in the high-density of tourists waterfront version of Savannah. And that walled garden...!! My second time staying here and I wouldn't stay anyplace else.

The property is lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, walkable to just about everything. The neighborhood was quiet. I would not recommend it for people with small children, the home is decorated with lovely antiques. But I do highly recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy authentic, historic Savannah.

Charming and Convenient

We enjoyed staying at this charming home. It was convenient for our visit to SCAD as well as dining and other local attractions in the historic district. My only complaint was that the 10 am check out time was too early and not convenient for traveling without a vehicle as we had to drag our bags around Savannah with us on Sunday until it was time to depart for the airport.

Beautiful and historic townhouse!

This well done period townhouse has all of the modern amenities while making you feel like you have stepped back in time. One block away is "the most beautiful street in North America". Convenient to the downtown attrations of Savannah!

Gorgeous!

Gorgeous property! It was in a great area to be able to walk all over. We walked to the farmers market, tons of great restaurants, and some great historical areas. Over the weekend the parking in front of the house is free but during the week it is pay to park so that is something to keep in mind but it was a really wonderful stay and I would go back again for sure.

Amazing Girls Weekend in Historic Savannah

The home itself is absolutely beautiful, historic, clean and overall perfect for a girls weekend! It was within walking distance of many parks, shops, restaurants, and tours. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. She checked in on us and provided additional items when needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a fun stay in Savannah!

Savannah Gem

This was our first trip to Savannah and we are hooked! We definitely will return! This is a beautiful town with so much history and things to do. This quaint condo was absolutely perfect for us. The location of this very comfortable and accommodating condo was awesome! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We also enjoyed our morning coffee in the beautiful courtyard. Great trio! Great Location, Great Stay

Cute house -- exactly as described. About a 20 minute Uber from the airport, and walkable to pretty much everything you'd want to see (or a short ride). We ran into an issue where the electronic lock to get into the house ran out of batteries, and the hosts were incredibly responsive fixed it within 30 minutes. The outdoor space was so cute, and great for an afternoon wine and cheese. I think our only (incredibly minor) complaint is that the couch and chairs in the living room weren't very comfortable, but we were mostly out and about so not a huge deal.

Gorgeous Historic Home

Everything as advertised. All the amenities wrapped in a gorgeous package. Our only recommendation is to have a custom runner made for the stairs. The polished wood is slick and my wife fell off the next to last stair despite our trying to be overly careful. Aside from that small detail, utter perfection in every way

Fabulous!

This cottage exceeded our expectations. The photos are spot on. My best friend and I agree we could live there happily ever after. It is very well maintained. We had all the supplies we needed to be comfortable. It’s within walking distance to everything you want to explore in Savannah. We were also able to grab parking spots directly across the street. Savannah Coffee Roasters is practically around the corner too. AND the beds were SO comfortable! We are already talking about returning sometime. It’s truly fabulous! Book it!

Excellent location

The location of this property is excellent walking proximity to downtown Savannah. Tidy, adorable historic home. Well-appointed kitchen. Very comfortable beds, good closets and convenient laundry on second floor (bring your detergent). Bring your own coffee for the coffee pot. WiFi was touch and go. There was considerable daytime construction noise directly behind/next to this property as of late Nov 2024. Street parking was tricky but the owners designated lot is only a quick 5 min walk away through the charming neighborhood. We would stay again.

Great Location

This home was perfect for our stay. Located in a quiet area within 20 minutes walk of everything you want to see. Nearest park square 2 minute walk. Perfect place for a morning coffee on a bench. Kitchen and bathroom both very modern. Remainder of home left with historic touches ...just what you want in Savannah! Courtyard was a nice place to cool off but unfortunately the no see ums were voracious! Bring a little bug repellent during the season and you should have no problem. The space is much bigger than i expected and i would stay there again
