Historic Savannah Garden Apartment on Jones Street

In Savannah many of the townhomes have 'garden level apartments' which is our way of saying ground floor. There are no stairs and unlike some garden apartments this one has high ceilings. There are 2 King bedrooms, and a pullout sofa in the living room. Very high end private laundry machines. Stocked kitchen (does not have dishwasher) has beautiful new refrigerator and gas stove. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home!

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. Great all around place to stay

The place was as advertised. It was clean and very spacious. Jones Street represents Savannah at its finest. Been going to Savannah for 10 years. This was probably the best overall place we've stayed at.

Beautiful place, excellent location

We loved everything about the place. Spotless clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, great location. We appreciated coffee and sweet snacks left for us. The only regret - we stayed only one night. :)

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a small bachelorette party, and all wanted something cozy in the historic district. We are all avid readers, so walking to all the great bookstores was so easy! We loved the apartment, it was well furnished and all of the beds were so comfy! The kitchen was well appointed and we loved having parking.

Thanks for the good communication. The apartment is very well located. Th parking lot is very useful.The fan in the bathroom and the heater/AC is a bit noisy when on.We will definitely come back here on our next trip to Savannah !

So Savannah

Classic Savannah apartment part of an entire house. We were in the garden apartment, perfect for the two of us. Quiet area yet walking distance to great restaurants and sites. Didn’t need our car yet had a safe spot to park it which was important to us. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place in heart of Savannah.

This little apartment was perfect for our family’s first trip to Savanah. The location was perfect and oh so beautiful. we were able to walk, explore and enjoy all the city had to offer. The apartment was adorable , clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back !

Outstanding location

This is a very charming and comfortable house. We had the Garden apartment with the front porch facing Jones St. Enjoyed watching people walk by with their dogs. Excellent location for walking downtown. No vehicle required. Beds were super comfy. Would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect getaway!

We recently visited Savannah and stayed at this property. It was so wonderful! The amenities were great, and it was a perfect distance to and from historic Savannah. Communication with the host was always prompt. We will finitely be back!

SCAD in Savannah

Visited Savannah to tour the incredible SCAD. This location is within walking distance to the college, Forsyth Park, and some quality restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed with the bonus of fun, eclectic decor fo.plete with beautiful artworks on the walls throughout.

Perfect location

This apartment was in such a perfect location. A beautiful street and walkable to everything but quiet at night. Absolutely loved being on the first floor with a little tucked away patio. Inside, the apartment had everything we could need to feel comfortable. Very well fall out And organized. I would stay here over and over again.

Great location and comfortable space.

The location is great. Just a few blocks away from more heavily trafficked areas which is a plus! Quiet and peaceful. Everything you need is there. It is well stocked for a longer stay if you needed it. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment so if privacy of separate guests is a concern you’re covered. Our AC went out and they had it repaired in three hours which was miraculous, so I rate the management as 5 star as well. Overall a wonderful stay.

Charming digs in great location!

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a vintage building in the historic district. It is decorated in a fresh, contemporary style and the bedding was clean and comfy. It has good WiFi and quality kitchen and laundry amenities. (The bathroom could use an update, but is workable.) We appreciated the guest manual with recommendations editions of things to do during our stay, and the great array of books on the bookshelf just in case.The neighborhood is lovely, and the apartment is within easy walking distance of many cafes, parks, etc. There is a dedicated parking spot in the back, which is nice. We would definitely recommend for those seeking a pleasant vacation.

Beautiful property

Easy check-in, beautiful neighborhood with everything clise by. Clary's Cafe just down the street. Very cozy and clean. Would recommend papertowels in the kitchen and kleenex. Bathtub could use an update. Overall excellent!

Location, clean and first floor

We stayed at this property for a long weekend. Clean unit in older building that fits perfect into a Savannah trip. Kitchen had all the items you need except a dishwasher. Bring your own supplies, they do have coffee and sugar but that was it. Beds are comfy. bathroom clean and the water was hot. We would stay here again.

The best was it has private parking in the back!

The location was ok it’s quite a distance to the river! Private front door and back door. I had a situation and management responded not the way I thought they should have.

Nice place overall!

The house was beautiful and comfortable over all. I only gave 4 stars for the cleanliness because the bathroom had black gnats in and around the shower and it could use a coat of paint. However; the place was very nice with and amazing location! Having a parking space was stellar as well. Checking in was a breeze, the beds were comfortable and the house smelled clean. Great experience and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay in the lovely Garden Apartment! This charming property is very comfortable, roomy and very clean! Everything we needed was supplied. The location is on a beautiful street and is within walking distance to everything. Sightseeing trolleys or the free city bus have a stop about 2-3 blocks away if a ride is preferred. We used the rear parking and didn't have to worry about availability of street parking the few times we ventured out farther in the car. Will definitely make this our home away from home on our next stay in Savannah!

Weekend in Savannah with Friends

This was a perfect sized apartment for 2 couples. Beautifully clean and well stocked (even a complimentary bottle of wine!) and set on the prettiest street in Savannah. Had a little difficulty getting in using the front door code, but a call to the agent guided us in through the back entry. Air conditioning a little noisy at night.

Loved this cozy place. It was very clean and well decorated. The only exceptions were, shower wall could use painted, it was very worn and paint peeling. Also, written instructions said to load dishwasher. One was not present. Could use revamping the book. Book was a great tool for local places to eat and things to do.

Beautiful home!!

We stayed in the garden apartment for four nights in January, and it was lovely!! I was with my (senior) mother, and we had so much space! The apartment is well equipped, and is in a great location. Many restaurants and shops were within a 10 minute walk, including coffee, and a grocery store It was just a short Uber trip to local attractions. If there were any negatives, is it was quite cold at times, even with adjusting the thermostat. A throw blanket or two would not be remiss!! Also, my mom had some issues maneuvering the shower. Only mentioning in case you’re looking to travel with a senior. Overall, a fantastic stay!! Thank you!!
